Here\u2019s one of the projects I am working on. I am refining and adding to my mind palace. My astral temple, what I call my Citadel. I have added artifacts that represent pure emotion. I can now enter my Citadel and touch pure joy. When I do this, I can feel actual physical responses. My body becomes warm, my pain goes away, and everything becomes clearer. Then I take that joy out into the world. Who will be effected by it? Will my joy inspire someone else? Will I simply be kinder and more empathetic? Will my joy attract new friends? Friends who will be there when my car breaks down, when I can\u2019t take care of my dog, when I just need someone to talk to.<\/p>\n
