Hereby I declare all my followers being Genuine And Authorized Discordian POPES.

The Rights of =POPE= include, but are not limited to:

  1. To invoke infallibility at any time, including retroactively.
  2. To completely rework the Erisian Church
  3. To baptise, bury and marry (with the permission of the deceased in the latter two cases).
  4. To excommunicate, deexcommunicate, reexcommunicate and dereexcommunicate (no backsies!) both his-/her-/it-/them-/your-/our-/His-/Her-/It-/Them-/Your-/Our-self/selves and others (if any).
  5. To perform all rites and functions deemed inappropriate for a Pope of Discordia.

Ragnarök

The twilight of the gods will happen like this.
There will be three years of terrible winters, and summers of black sunlight. People will lose all hope, and surrender to greed, incest and civil war. Midgardsormen, the world serpent, will come lunging from the ocean, dragging the tides in and flooding the world. The wolf, giant Fenrir, will break his invisible chains. The skies will open and Surt, the fire giant, will come flaming across the bridge to destroy the Gods. Odin will ride out of the gates of Valhalla to do battle for the last time against the wolf. Thor will kill the serpent, but die from its venom. Surt will spread fire across the Earth. At last, Fenrir will swallow the sun.

Koledo: an old Slavic deity that can be seen in two ways – as a winter spirit and as a god. Festivals dedicated to Koledo took place in the winter, and the most important one was Koljada that coincided with the date of the winter solstice.

Customs related to this holiday survived into Christianity, and some authors consider that Christianity took this holiday over and transformed it into Christmas. In Bulgaria Christmas is still called Koleda, and the greeting used on this day is “merry Koleda”.
