Baphomet! https://www.etsy.com/listing/274016784/faux-taxidermy-ooak-hand-made-baphomet REBLOG please!!!

This is my largest faux taxidermy piece that I’ve made , Baphomet is huge!

This Black Goat is all handmade and original , Baphomet is based on the infamous Eliphas Levi design.
He measures 30" from horn tip to horn tip. Baphomet extends about 15" from the wall to the tip of his nose. The round base measures 9" X 9" , and he measures 28" from the bottom of it’s base to the tip of the horns.

Baphomet is ready to hang and has a wire armature construction. This piece is mostly covered in faux fur but also has some feathers as well. His face , ears , and torch are all hand sculpted using polymer clay, with mirror shards in the torch.

Please feel free to ask any questions !

“Hugin & Munin”  by Calu’s Art

“Hugin and Munin
Fly every day
Over all the world;
I worry for Hugin
That he might not return,
But I worry more for Munin.

  • The Poetic Edda. Grímnismál, verse 20.

Hugin and Munin are semi-autonomous beings who are simultaneously projections or extensions of Odin’s own being.

their names are derived from hugr, “thought,” and  munr, “memory”
