“Becoming a magician, implies continual change, modification of identity, entering different paradigms of belief and behavior, learning new skills, and shedding life-patterns which have outworn their usefulness.”

The front side of my pentacle is complete. In the center, a stick figure version of vitruvian man (stick figure being the extent of my artistic skills). This represents my humanist view of the universe. Surrounding, the symbols of the elements according the Epoch Chaoballah system, including Aether. This represents the roots of my magical carrer as a Wiccan and the most basic representation of the universe. On the edge, my motto, I SEEK THE ESCHATON, in Ouranian Barbaric, using both English-Roman letters and my own alphabet. All of it painted on a 10 pound weight, a more solid representation of foundational Earth I could not find.

Hope is a gift that can carry us through the darkest of nights. But hope doesn’t come from nowhere, so you have to try to keep it with you at all times so it will be there when you need it. Take some time to think of your hopes and send your intention into the universe that they will come true.
